Hello from Corona, in Riverside County, California!

This is a statue of the sixth son of my Great-great-great-great-grandfather: Juan Bautista de Anza.  Father and son had the same name and both were Spanish explorers.  The younger Anza is known for leading the first overland colonizing expedition from Sonora, Mexico to San Francisco, California.  Imagiverse Interviewee Don Garate portrays the younger Anza at Tumacacori National Historical park in Arizona.  This statue can be found in the city of Riverside, CA at 14th St. and Market.  My father's cousin was the model for the statue.
