Yo ho, yo ho... a pirate's life for me!  This incredible reproduction recreates the excitement of the attraction.  If you look carefully, you will notice a couple of balconies blocked by the front stairways.  When the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction was being built, it was to have included an apartment for Walt and his family.  The entrance to the apartment would be from a courtyard in New Orleans Square.  Sadly, Walt passed away before the attraction opened and the "apartment" was turned into what is now the Disney Gallery.  To provide guest access to the gallery, the double stairway was added after the fact.  A special feature of this miniature is the removable roof.  You can see part of Walt's apartment if it had been completed.

Robert Olszewski doesn't miss a detail.  Even the often overlooked W and R (for Walt and Roy Disney) in the wrought iron balcony can be seen.
