Guidelines
for Submitting Questions
- Please submit
only one question at a time.
- Questions may
be submitted in English or Spanish.
- Please use proper
spelling, grammar and punctuation. Use your Spell Checker
and Grammar Checker or have a parent or teacher review your question
before you send it. Questions containing inappropriate grammar
or language will be returned with suggestions to help you express
your thoughts better. We realize that some students have
better language skills than others, and we will take this into
consideration.
- If you are not
fluent in English, please let us know which language you speak. That
might help us understand what you are asking us.
- Do not ask for
medical advice. We can give general medical information and
links to informative sites, but answers you receive online should
NEVER substitute for an in-person consultation with a medical professional.
- We cannot do
your homework for you, so please do not send the questions your
teacher gave you for homework.
- We answer questions
from learners of all ages but are unable to provide highly detailed
responses for questions at the university level and above.
- Questions will
be processed in the order they are received. If you are
on a deadline, please keep in mind that we may not be able
to answer in time. Please continue with your separate
research.
- Please research
your question using books, encyclopedias, the Library or the
Internet before asking us to answer.
- Please check
our archives to see if we have already answered your question
or similar questions.
If
your question meets our criteria, you can submit
it here. |
