7th Grade Student

What is your earliest childhood memory?  About how old were you?

I remember I wore a dress and took a picture, it was so funny.

I was five years old.

What would you like to be when you grow up?

I would like to be a lawyer when I grow up.

What grade are you in and what are your favorite subjects in school?

I am in grade seven.  My favorite subjects are PE and English.

What are your most difficult or most boring?

My most difficult subject is math.  Because my math concepts are bad.

Was it difficult to learn English?  How many languages do you speak?

Yes, because the Grammar is too much.  I can speak three languages.

What do you like to do outside school?

I like to play volleyball.

In your school career so far, what was the most educational moment you can remember?

I remember I had a foreign pen pal.  I felt very happy to write to a foreign pen pal.

What was your favorite school field trip or school activity up to this point?

My favorite trip was traveling to I-Lan.  I learned many things from this trip.

What do your parents think of the interviews you have done for Dr. Kim Yang's project?

They think this is a good chance to learn how to talk to foreigners.

Do you have a favorite interview so far?  If so, who?

Yes, a Nepalese teacher.  Because this was my first interview, I learned about school life in Nepal.
