Food

Rice, beans, fried or mashed bananas with chicken are served all over the island.  A creamy corn or egg pudding often finishes the traditional meal.  Yet the Dominican cuisine has much more to offer.  Fresh seafood, tropical fruits combined with a lot of culinary creativity have resulted in many interesting and delicious dishes.
