Design Phase Completed

At the end of the design phase, it is still hard to imagine the landscape and how it could possibly turn out to look like Mars.  This begins to change when papier mâché is added.

Here is what will become a large crater feature.  The rim
nearer the interior has been "eroded" a bit, a geological
process beneficial for the rover to access the site.

The first step in construction is finished.  Now for the
sticky stuff!
