7th Grade Student

What is your earliest childhood memory?  About how old were you?

Watching cartoons.  I was three years.

What would you like to be when you grow up?

I would like to be an artist.

What grade are you in and what are your favorite subjects in school?

I’m in 8th grade, and my favorite subject is art.

What are your most difficult or most boring?

The most boring subject is science.  It is difficult.  I can't understand anything.

Was it difficult to learn English?  How many languages do you speak?

Sometimes it's difficult.  I can speak two languages only.

What do you like to do outside school?

Drawing pictures.

In your school career so far, what was the most educational moment you can remember?

Win a prize for my school.  And to participate in UNESCO school projects.

What was your favorite school field trip or school activity up to this point?

The graduation trip in grade six.

What do your parents think of the interviews you have done for Dr. Kim Yang's project?

They were happy, because it helps me to have a wider view of the world.

Do you have a favorite interview so far?  If so, who?

Yes.  It was a woman in Iran.  She can make good potteries.
