On February 5^th, 2003, it was the Whale Watch. We came out of the bus and walked to the harbor. We went on the boat and sailed out to the ocean. It seemed that we wouldn't see anything but birds and jellyfish. Ten minutes after, we saw a finback whale about 75 yards from the boat. We were getting closer until ten minutes after they were 20 feet away. Thirty minutes after, we saw two gray whales. After that, we turned back for lunch. That was probably one of the best field trips I've been to.
